Foliage Design Systems will provide, install, and maintain plants for the proposed plant and/or planter purchase price, installation charge, and monthly maintenance fee.

Weekly visits by our trained, fully equipped maintenance technicians,      identified by Foliage Design Systems uniforms.  Watering and fertilization as necessary for the overall health and      appearance of the foliage.  Cosmetic care for plants and containers including dusting, cleaning,      trimming, and pruning as needed.  Regular inspections for pest and disease infestation in the plants and      treatment as necessary.  Monitoring environmental conditions such as light, temperature, and traffic      patterns in the plant areas. Including rotation of plant to light source as      required for balanced growth.  Replacement of any plant that fails at no charge. Replacements will be      made when a plant becomes thin, weak, overgrown, or otherwise      unattractive.  Free replacement does not apply in the event of theft, vandalism,      unauthorized moving of plants or loss of power in the building that results      in heat or cold damage.  Foliage Design Systems will evaluate the cause of decline and/or failure      of any plant material and recommend a solution. All replacements will be      determined by a Foliage Design Systems maintenance technician or      supervisor.
